Job Description
An independent group of funeral homes in Manchester is recruiting a Funeral Services Manager. This is a key leadership role overseeing operations across 4 branches.
Duties:
- Day-to-day management of 4 funeral home locations
- Supervision and development of 15+ staff
- Quality assurance across all funeral services
- Financial management including monthly reporting
- Maintaining relationships with hospitals, coroners, and clergy
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years' funeral directing experience with at least 2 in management
- Commercially aware with P&L experience
- Confident leader who leads by example
- NAFD/BIFD qualified
- Full clean driving licence
