Funeral Services Manager

Dignity Funerals is seeking a Funeral Services Manager to lead our London operations across multiple branches. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Regional Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing multiple funeral home branches across London
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of funeral directors and operatives
• Ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding funeral services
• Driving business performance and meeting targets
• Building relationships with the local community and stakeholders
• Managing budgets, resources, and staffing levels
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Funeral Director, with leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• NAFD or BIFD Diploma in Funeral Directing
• Full UK driving licence
