Funeral Home Manager

Funeral Partners is seeking a Funeral Home Manager for our Edinburgh location. You will take full responsibility for running the funeral home, delivering outstanding service, and developing your team.

Responsibilities:

• Full operational management of the funeral home
• Leading a team of funeral directors, arrangers, and operatives
• Ensuring every funeral meets Funeral Partners' high standards
• Managing the branch budget and financial performance
• Building local community relationships and partnerships
• Participating in the on-call rota

Requirements:

• Experienced Funeral Director with management experience
• NAFD or BIFD qualified
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership and people skills
• Knowledge of Scottish funeral customs and regulations
