Funeral Director

An established family-run funeral home in Leeds is looking for an experienced Funeral Director. We have been serving the local community for over 60 years and are known for our personal touch and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Arranging and conducting all types of funeral services
• Meeting bereaved families in their homes or at our funeral home
• Liaising with hospitals, nursing homes, and the coroner's office
• Overseeing the care and preparation of the deceased
• Managing funeral logistics and scheduling
• Contributing to the on-call rota

Ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years' experience in funeral directing
• Strong local knowledge of Leeds and surrounding areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Respectful, discreet, and compassionate nature
• Clean driving licence and ability to drive larger vehicles
