Responsibilities:

• Guiding families through funeral arrangements
• Creating bespoke funeral plans
• Managing documentation and compliance
• Working with clergy, musicians, and other celebrants
• Maintaining records and financial accounts

What we need:

• A natural communicator with genuine empathy
• Good organisational abilities
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Welsh language skills would be an advantage but not essential
