Funeral Arranger

Funeral Partners is looking for a Funeral Arranger for our Plymouth office. You will be an integral part of the team, providing families with a caring and professional service from the first phone call through to the funeral day.

Responsibilities:

• Taking first calls and initial arrangements
• Arranging funerals to meet families' wishes and budgets
• Processing funeral orders and documentation
• Liaising with clergy, council offices, and florists
• Providing post-funeral aftercare and memorial guidance

• Methodical and organised approach to work
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
• Customer service or administration experience preferred
