Funeral Arranger

Dignity Funerals requires a Funeral Arranger at our Brighton branch. You will play a vital role in supporting bereaved families through one of the most difficult times of their lives.

What you'll do:

• Arrange funeral services in person and by telephone
• Offer guidance on all available funeral options
• Process documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaise with florists, ministers, caterers, and other suppliers
• Maintain our arrangement rooms to a high standard
• Support the funeral director team as needed

About you:

• Compassionate and emotionally resilient
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional telephone manner
• IT proficient (training on our systems will be provided)
• Previous customer care experience, ideally in a sensitive environment
