Embalmer

Co-op Funeralcare is looking for an Embalmer for the Derby and East Midlands area. You'll work across multiple branches, providing embalming services to the highest professional standards.

Duties:

• Performing embalming procedures in accordance with BIE and Co-op standards
• Preparing the deceased for chapel of rest visits
• Liaising with funeral directors regarding special requirements
• Maintaining embalming rooms and equipment
• Record-keeping and chemical inventory management

About you:

• BIE qualified or equivalent
• Current practising member of the BIE
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to travel between branches
• Compassionate, meticulous, and professional
