Crematorium Technician

Westerleigh Group, one of the UK's leading crematoria operators, is seeking a Crematorium Technician for our Gloucester site. You will operate cremation equipment safely and ensure the highest standards of care.

Key duties:

• Operating and monitoring cremation equipment
• Receiving and identifying the deceased
• Preparing cremated remains (ashes) for collection
• Maintaining equipment through daily checks and cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with all FBCA and environmental regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and logs

Requirements:

• Previous technical or engineering background preferred
• Willingness to obtain FBCA Crematorium Technician's qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Physically fit
• Respectful, discreet, and reliable
• Able to work independently
