Area Manager — Funeralcare

Co-op Funeralcare is looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple funeral homes across the Leeds and West Yorkshire area. You will lead a team of funeral professionals and drive service excellence.

Your role:

• Operational management of 8-12 funeral homes in the area
• Line management, coaching, and development of branch teams
• Ensuring consistent delivery of Co-op Funeralcare standards
• Managing P&L performance for the area
• Community engagement and business development
• Working with the regional team on strategic initiatives
• Handling escalations and complaints professionally

About you:

• Extensive funeral industry experience at management level
• Proven multi-site management track record
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• People leader who develops high-performing teams
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the area
