Understanding refunds and cancellations

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with All Funeral Jobs. This page explains our policies for cancelling job listings and subscriptions.

Important: Once a job listing is live, the posting fee is non-refundable as your job is immediately visible to candidates.

Job Listing Cancellations

Before Going Live

If you cancel before completing payment, no charge will be made. Draft jobs can be deleted at any time from your dashboard.

Active Listings

You can close or deactivate a job listing at any time from your employer dashboard. This removes it from search results immediately. However, refunds are not available for active listings as the service has already been provided.

Expired Listings

Listings expire automatically after 30 days. No action is needed, and no additional charges apply. You can repost the job if the position is still open.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription plan, you can cancel at any time:

  • When to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Access until end of period: After cancellation, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • Unused credits: Any unused job posting credits expire at the end of your billing period and are non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refund Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion:

  • Technical issues on our platform prevented your job from being displayed correctly
  • Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error
  • Your job was incorrectly removed by our moderation team

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our support team with details of the issue.

How to Cancel

To close a job listing:

  1. Go to your Employer Dashboard
  2. Find the job you want to close
  3. Click the "Close" or "Deactivate" button
  4. Confirm the action

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to your Account Settings
  2. Navigate to Billing / Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the confirmation steps
