Cancellation & Refund Policy

At All Funeral Jobs, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds across our different products and services.

1. Job Postings

1.1 Standard Job Posts

  • Job postings can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the job has not yet been published or received any applications.
  • Once a job has been published and is live on the site, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered.
  • You may pause or close a job posting at any time through your employer dashboard.
  • Unused job posting credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

1.2 Featured/Highlighted Jobs

  • Featured job upgrades can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the featuring has not yet started.
  • Once a job is actively featured on the site, the featuring period cannot be refunded but can be paused.
  • If you close a featured job early, the remaining featured days are forfeited.

2. Sponsored Jobs (Pay-Per-Click)

  • Sponsorship campaigns can be paused or stopped at any time through your employer dashboard.
  • You are only charged for actual clicks received while the sponsorship is active.
  • Unused budget from a stopped campaign remains available for future use.
  • Refunds for click charges are only provided in cases of verified fraudulent click activity.
  • Daily budget caps help you control spending and can be adjusted at any time.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your employer dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

3.2 Refunds

  • New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment if they have not posted any jobs or used any subscription benefits.
  • After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion if cancelled within the first 30 days.

4. Invoice Payments

  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
  • Services may be suspended for overdue invoices exceeding 30 days.
  • Disputed charges should be raised within 14 days of invoice receipt.
  • Approved refunds for invoiced amounts will be processed within 5-10 business days.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, you can:

  1. Manage your subscriptions and job postings directly in your Employer Dashboard
  2. Email us at support@allfuneraljobs.co.uk with your request
  3. Use our Contact Form selecting "Billing / Invoices" as the subject

Please include your company name, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, particularly in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevented you from using our services
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outages affecting your job visibility
  • Extenuating circumstances (assessed on a case-by-case basis)

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
